Service Projects

The Order of the Arrow is an organization dedicated to serving the community. Allowelendam Chapter is active in the community in multiple venues. These are photos from our more recent Service Projects. Schiele Museum - Buffalo Nations - Plains Indian Cultures We set up the tipi and displays. Some of our members participated in the dancing. Cotton Ginning Days Some of our Brothers helped run the gin and bale cotton during Cotton Ginning Days. Schiele Museum - Back Country Farm Service Project We are currently working with the Schiele Museum in the Back Country Farm. We cleaned up the underbrush and chopped wood for the museum's programs. We cleaned out a thicket and helped build a fence for the sheep and have started a new fence for the garden. Per BSA policy, we left everything in better shape than we found it.
